need to find someone to practice on first. Maybe at the Park? Head over there now.

PERFORM FAKE AUCTION WITH DUCKS IN PARK

Hmm... There aren't any other Sims here to practice on! Well, maybe the ducks would be a good audience? After 

all, they've been helpful before. Perform a Fake Auction for the Ducks in the Park. You'll find them in the Lake.

WASH HANDS IN A SINK

That was delicious! Now get back to work! you need to start building the Real Estate Agency. Actually, first you 

should wash all of that mess off of your Sim's hands? 

Have a Sim wash their hands in a Sink.

BUILD THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY

Okey, your Sim is all cleaned up, so NOW you can start building the Real Estate Agency! Build it on the Town Map!

GET A JOB AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT 

The Real Estate Agency is up, but not yet running. It needs a Sim to run the show! Have a Sim get a job as a Real Estate Agent.

EXPAND OR CREATE A ROOM

Your Sims have decided to have a baby together! This is great news! Hmm, they're going to need more space in their house! Expand or create a room.

SPEND $450 ON WALLPAPER AND FLOORING

Spruce it up for the baby  with some new wallpaper and floors!

Pick something colorful! Spend $450 on wallpaper and floors.

READ 'BETTER FARMS AND CRADLES' MAGAZINE

So, how much do your Sims really know about being parents?

Have a Sim read the 'Better Farms and Cradles' magazine to brush up on their knowledge!

Hooray, your Sims are now ready to have a baby! Hang on, where are you going to put your baby? You need a Crib! 

Build the Children's Store on the Town Map.

BUY A CRIB

Look at that impressive range of fancy cribs! Head down to the Children's Store on the town map and purchase one of their cribs!

ADD A BABY

It's time to bring your first baby into the world! To add a baby, place a cribs in a married couple's home and then tap the add Sim button above the crib. The stork will take care of the rest!

Note: Your new crib can be found in the Inventory, accessed via the Home Store.

Have to Sims be romantic until one of them is ready to pop the question. We'll even give you the ring! The more 

expensive the ring the greater chance your Sim's Partner will accept, so don't be a cheap skate!

Success! Share the big news! 'Call About Engagement' on a phone to tell every Sim!

NOTE: If you don't have a phone yet, find one in the Electronics section of the Home Store.

MAKE TWO ENGAGED SIMS MOVE IN TOGETHER

Now that your Sims are engaged, they should move in together! Tap on a Sim's Flance and ask them to move in.

HAVE 3 SIMS IN A HOUSE

Wow, your Sims move fast! They just decided to get married... right here in the house! Share the news with even

more people! Have 3 Sims in the same house.

Time to make the big commitment! Have two engaged Sims get married!

Note: To get married, you must first have 2 engaged Sims be romantic to each other until the relationship bar is

full. The Get Married action will then become available.

Have a Sim enjoy a 'Quick Rinse' in a shower.

Your Sim smells great now! Time to invite special Sim over for a romantic evening!

Get 2 Sims in the same  house.

HAVE A SIM 'BE ROMANTIC' WITH ANOTHER SIM

Sims should show their intentions for love early. Find a pair and have them 'Be Romantic' with each other.

You can always add a new Sim to town for the perfect match.

MAKE ESPRESSO

It looks like they're really getting along! They should get to know each other a bit better over a coffee.

Have a Sim make an Espresso.

Note: You'll find coffee machines in the kitchen category of the Home Store.

FLIRT WITH ANOTHER SIM 

You can really see the chemistry between them!

Make one Sim Flirt with another.

FORM A BUDDING ROMANCE

There's some real sparks flying here, this could definitely turn into some sort of Romance!

Have 2 Sims Be Romantic until they form a Budding Romance.

You can just tell that these two lovebirds would love some cosy cuddle time on the couch with a movie.

FORM A DATING RELATIONSHIP

The night is nearing the end and it's pretty clear that your two Sims would like to keep seeing each other.

They should be Dating!

Keep being Romantic until they form a Dating relationship.

MAKE A SIM KISS ANOTHER SIM ON THE CHEEK

Time to seal the night with a kiss!

Make a Sim kiss another Sim on the cheek.
