When your Sim went to work at the Real Estate Agency, a sign appeared in front of all your Sims'homes! What does
it say?
Have a Sim read the sign in the front of any house.
NOTE: If you can't see any sign, make sure a Sim is currently at work at the Real Estate Agency.
DISCUSS HOME TAKEOVER WITH A SIM
"WE WANT YOUR HOUSE!" the sign says. What? Is Lucius trying to take over the homes of SimTown?
Discuss this concerning new development with another Sim.
SEARCH FOR WELL GROOMED SIM ON SIMBOOK
Lucius must know something about this home takeover, but he's nowhere around to be questioned! Maybe your Sim
should try some good old SimBook stalking to get answers!
Have a Sim look for Lucius Majestic's SimBook profile on a computer.
EXTEND OR BUILD A ROOM
According to Sim Book, Lucius Majestic is a real estate mogul.
His last entry suspiciously mentions "exciting new developments" at Real Estate HQ. Luckily, his profile says he
can't resist seeing a renovation in progress. Bingo!
Extend a room at a Sim's home or build a new one to lure him out.
HAVE A SIM TAKE A SELFIE

BUY AN ITEM FROM THE HOME STORE
Well, that was embarrassing. Lucius doesn't want to TAKE OVER the town; he wants to FEATURE the most impressive
homes so other towns can build them! This IS a big opportunity! Better do some redecorating before submitting!
Buy an item you like from the Home Store and place it in a home you want to submit.
SUBMIT HOME VIA SIGN

Spruce up the home however you'd like, then when you're happy with it tap the sign in front of that home and choose
'Submit Home.'
